Awful experience. Waited in the drive through line for 20+ min. Car in front of me did not have to pay for some reason. I paid. Food was alright
Avoid. There were no beans in the chilli. It was just beef in sauce. Several people wiped their noses with their bare hands. No food preparers wore gloves. The bathroom literally smelled like a barn. Something is not right here.
Great food, compassionate and friendly employees. I highly recommend their Chili - filing and delicious.
Take it from me, a guy Who has spent a good half of his life with The ayer rotary restaurants. When you live anywhere in this area, you only have the 2 choices. Wendy's or McDonald's.
If I'm being totally unbiased about it, this Wendy's is a dependable hit-or-miss. I have had plenty of perfect orders come out of that drive-through window, and A few times they've even Been at or exceeded expectations. But I can promise you I've had Way more terrible orders come out of that window. I'm pretty sure this is due to the fact that they can't seem to keep the same staff employed for very long. So They've taken To Hiring people Who, and God please forgive me for saying this, Are so Terrible and stupid at the job that They shouldn't have even been hired, they are on qualified to flip hamburgers and assemble sandwiches. The worst part about it is, I know and have known plenty of the people that work there. If you're going to make them redo your order, or approach them with a complaint, Then I must stress caution, choose your words wisely and do not offend them because I promise you they're not the kind of people you want to trust with your hamburger if they think you're an a******
