HOWEVER, it is the cheapest laundromat I've been to in years. But then again, it did cost me 3 dollars worth of quarters to get my clothes dry since the dryers weren't even hot. The space is well laid out and there are lots of tables. Parking is very good as well.
I recently bought this Laundromat and am dedicated to making it the best in the area. 10 Brand new Horizon 18 Lb. front-load washers. 4 50lb washers. Free WiFi ! New radio/CD system. New soap vending machine. New seating on order.
The machines are extremely old, and very badly in need of repair. The floors are dirty and the whole place could use a coat of paint.
I'm impressed. It was really clean and someone was onsite (think it was the owner) really friendly and cleaning machines. Actually pretty "cheery" for a laundromat! Plus, free wifi. Thumbs up.
So, management would help, but then the prices would go up. I'd recommend putting in card machines and retrofitting the washers to accept cards as then people won't notice the prices as much.
Behind the scenes we've also installed a brand new high-efficiency water heater, new roof, new ceiling and upgraded the plumbing system. And we're committed to making on-going upgrades, keeping everything in good working order, and cleaning several times a day. You can't help but notice the difference.
