He stays up-to-date with and shares the latest fitness and nutrition information, sorting out and explaining what often seems contradictory. This is 1st hand knowledge- in 10 years of individual and group sessions with Kyle I've lost (& maintained) 25 lbs, 3 pants sizes, recovered from skiing-related ACL replacement, and still look forward to each workout!
